Each order is limited to a maximum purchase of six (6) tickets.

◆退票/换票规则

票品为有价票券，非普通商品，其背后承载的文化服务具有时效性，稀缺性等特征，不支持退换。

Tickets are classified as valued vouchers rather than ordinary goods. As they represent time-sensitive and scarce cultural services, refunds and exchanges are not supported.

◆儿童购票 Children's Ticket Policy

儿童一律凭票入场，需有监护人陪同

All children are required to hold a valid ticket for admission and must be accompanied by a guardian.

◆实名购票规则 Real-Name Ticket Purchase Policy

无需实名购票

Real-name ticket purchasing is not required.

2.若演出受不可抗力影响延期或取消，THTICKETING将对演出票订单按照项目官方通知方案进行处理，其他因观演发生的费用需由您自行承担。

In the event of a performance postponement or cancellation due to force majeure, THTICKETING will process ticket orders in accordance with the official notification from the event organizer. Any additional expenses incurred related to the event attendance shall be borne by the ticket holder.

◆演出时长 Performance Duration

约90分钟（以现场为准） 

90 minutes (subject to the actual performance).

◆入场时间 Admission Time

请于演出前60分钟入场 

Please arrive 60 minutes before the performance for admission.

◆寄存说明 Storage Information

无寄存处，请自行保管携带物品，谨防贵重物品丢失。

No storage service is available. Please keep your belongings secure and take precautions to prevent the loss of valuables.

◆禁止携带物品 Prohibited Items

由于安保和版权的原因，大多数演出、展览及比赛场所禁止携带食品、饮料、专业摄录设备、打火机等物品，请您注意现场工作人员和广播的提示，予以配合。

For security and copyright reasons, most performances, exhibitions, and competition venues prohibit items such as food, beverages, professional recording equipment, and lighters. Please follow the instructions of on-site staff and venue announcements. Your cooperation is appreciated.
