Welcome to THTicketing (thticketing.com) THTicketing will help you book tickets for events (online or live), events, exhibitions, derivatives, coupons and membership cards.
Before you begin using the services provided by THTicketing, please read the Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") carefully. These Terms will be confirmed, accepted and updated in the same manner as the THTicketing Member Service Agreement. The part of this clause that relates to your core rights and interests will be underlined, please pay attention to it.
1、 Establishment, validity and cancellation of the order
1), THTicketing will provide you with the basic information of the project through the project display page, depending on the specific project, the basic information may vary, but generally includes the project name, time, location, precautions, whether to support refund and other key information so that you can fully understand the project overview.
2). Before you submit the order, please read all the information in the display page of the ordered items carefully to confirm that you have fully understood and agreed with the information.
3), the order will be established when you successfully submit the order in THTicketing; The order will become effective when you complete the payment. After you place the order and before you complete the payment, it is recommended that you reconfirm whether the ordered goods or services meet the expectations. If you do not meet the expectations, please abandon the payment. If you do not complete the payment within the specified time after successfully submitting the order, the order will be automatically cancelled and neither you nor THTicketing will have any liability to the other.
4). In order to protect the vital interests of THTicketing members, THTicketing reserves the right to cancel any abnormal order after the order has been established or taken effect. Abnormal ordering behavior includes but is not limited to the following situations: (1) ordering orders with the same ID that exceed the purchase limit; (2) Placing an order that is reasonably judged not to be a real consumer, including but not limited to placing an order that exceeds the purchase limit through the same or fictitious payment account number, delivery address (including the actual delivery address filled in at the time of placing the order and the final delivery address), recipient and phone number.
5). Derivatives, valuable coupons, membership cards and other non-ticket goods or services are also subject to the provisions of Article 1 and 7 of the Terms of Service. The specific content, information and relevant rules of such non-ticket goods or services are subject to the provisions of the sales page.
2. Ticket delivery and others
1), ticket type: tickets are generally divided into two types of paper tickets and electronic tickets, different types of tickets provided by different projects, the specific information displayed on the project display page shall prevail.
1.1 If you order paper tickets, you can choose express delivery or pick them up. If you choose to send your tickets by Courier, you agree to entrust us to arrange a third party Courier company to deliver your tickets for you. Please check your order carefully before signing, if there is any discrepancy, please refuse to sign and contact THTicketing customer service for verification in the first time; If you choose to pick up your own tickets, please check the ticket information on site after obtaining the tickets, if it does not match the order, please submit it on the spot. If you do not object on the spot after picking up the tickets, or sign for the express tickets, you will be deemed to accept the tickets as consistent with the order information.
1.2 If the ticket you order is an e-ticket, please prepare the corresponding admission voucher in advance according to the admission requirements of different types of e-tickets, and prepare the storage and display equipment and software and hardware environment of the e-ticket to keep it normally available. For the e-ticket that needs to be exchanged into paper ticket, you need to exchange the e-ticket into paper ticket within a limited time, the redemption time, location and method will be informed through the project display page, you can also directly ask our customer service.
If you purchase various items in online form, the broadcast service will be provided by a third party service provider. The rules for the use of the performance voucher, the rules for donation and the rules for refund are subject to the instructions on the project display page.
2). In addition to the items clearly marked as "real name system" on the display page, the project tickets are generally bearer tickets, and the tickets can not be replaced after signing or picking up the tickets, and those who do not have tickets on the scene can not enter. Please take care of the tickets in case of loss.
3). The invoice of the ticket will be provided by each project organizer. For details, please refer to the relevant tips on invoice in "Basic Information" on the project display page.
3. Project delay or cancellation
Due to various unforeseen factors, the project may be cancelled or postponed. You fully understand and agree that:
1). If the event is cancelled due to Force majeure, THTicketing reserves the right to cancel the order and refund you the amount actually paid for the ticket after receiving the refund from the organizer (the refund amount does not include the Courier fee paid at the time of purchase). If the project is postponed and confirmed by the organizer, you can choose to: (1) continue to use the ticket in the postponed performance; Or (2) refund the ticket in accordance with this Article. If you do not refund your ticket within the time limit of the notice, you will be deemed to have agreed to automatically exchange the ticket for the delayed performance.
2). If the project is cancelled due to the organizer, THTicketing reserves the right to cancel the order and refund you the full amount you actually paid (including the Courier fee you paid when you purchased the ticket) upon receipt of the refund from the Organizer and the delivery fee incurred. If the project is postponed and confirmed by the organizer, you can choose to: (1) continue to use the ticket in the postponed performance; Or (2) refund the ticket in accordance with this Article. If you do not refund your ticket within the time limit of the notice, you will be deemed to have agreed to automatically exchange the ticket for the delayed performance.
3), regardless of the reason for cancellation or delay of the project, THTicketing will handle the above-mentioned refund and exchange for you according to the solution notified by the project organizer. You agree that THTicketing shall not be liable to you for breach of contract or damages.
4、Fourth, the user's own reasons for refund, ticket exchange
7 days no reason returns are not supported - for items marked "Not returnable" on the item sales page
As the performance/event tickets are not ordinary commodities, the cultural services behind them are time-sensitive and scarce. Once the tickets are returned, the secondary sales will be affected. You understand and acknowledge that the 7-day no-reason return policy is not applicable to ticket ordering services provided by THTicketing. Items marked as "Not refundable" on the sales page are items that do not support refundable tickets. For such items, if they cannot be used, please handle them as required.
5、 Re-gift of e-tickets
1). If you have purchased an e-ticket that supports re-gifting, you can re-gift it to another THTicketing registered user through the "THTicketing- Ticket Folder" after purchasing the e-ticket. The e-ticket transfer function of each project will be closed 24 hours before the project is held. If you have the need to transfer, please be sure to complete the transfer before the function is closed. (For special projects, please refer to the project display page)
2). After the buyer or holder initiates the transfer, the donee confirms the receipt of the transfer through the ticket holder, and the transfer is deemed to be completed; The sponsor may still withdraw the gift before the donee confirms receipt.
3). In any event, the right to exchange and receive a refund for an e-ticket is solely vested in the original ticker who placed an order with THTicketing. After the successful transfer of tickets, no matter what reason needs to be refunded, the ticket holder shall transfer the tickets back to the original ticket holder's account in THTicketing step by step along the original route of the gift, and the original ticket holder shall refund the tickets and orders according to the refund process. Special note: When the organizer cancels the project voluntarily, the tickets in the recipient's ticket folder will be automatically invalid, and the refund will be returned to the account of the original ticker.
4). For the same e-ticket, the same holder can only initiate one re-gift. Once the holder has converted the e-ticket into a paper ticket, the subsequent use of the ticket shall be governed by the relevant rules of the paper ticket, including but not limited to, the subsequent transfer function cannot be used, and the ticket must be returned.
5). If you use the transfer function described in this article, please make sure that no payment is involved in the use of the transfer function, otherwise THTicketing has the right to suspend your service, freeze your account and other measures according to the circumstances, and report violations upon request. At the same time, you must bear all the losses caused to the potential THTicketing and relevant right holders.
6、 Pre-sale projects
1), if the project display page shows "pre-sale", "pre-sale phase", "booking" or similar labels, it means that the project has not yet determined the final number of tickets and seat location information, only to provide you with a pre-purchase channel and open first. Ticket allocation will be carried out after the organizer and venue confirm the final number of tickets and seat information, and the project enters the official ticket sale stage. There is a possibility that you will not be able to obtain your booked tickets due to insufficient tickets.
2). Once you have paid the booking amount at the pre-sale stage, you will be deemed to have agreed to the booking rules described in this article and will not apply for refund due to the seats, areas and other reasons of the tickets actually received. The refund rules for pre-sale items are the same as for other items, and the refund prompt information displayed on the pre-sale page shall prevail.
3). If you are unable to obtain your booked tickets due to insufficient tickets, THTicketing will notify you in the first place, cancel your booking and refund the money you have paid for your booking. You agree that THTicketing and/or the Organiser shall not be liable to you for breach of contract or indemnity.
7、. Others
For matters not specified in this clause, the relevant provisions of THTicketing Member Service Agreement shall apply.
