We will only share necessary personal information, and is bound by the purpose stated in this privacy clause, if we share your personal sensitive information or affiliates change the purpose of the use and processing of personal information, we will ask for your authorization again.

-4. Sharing with Authorized partners: Only for the purposes stated in these Terms, some of our services will be entrusted to partners. We may share some of your personal information with our partners in order to provide better customer service and user experience. Our partners have no right to use the personal information we share for any other purpose.

Currently, the partners we share personal information with include the following types:

--(3) In order to enable you to receive information push, share information on third-party platforms, use map services, play videos and other necessary functional purposes, our application will be embedded in the authorized partner's SDK or other similar applications.

We will conduct strict security checks on the application program interface (API) and software tool development kit (SDK) used by authorized partners to obtain relevant information, and agree strict data protection measures with authorized partners. Allow them to process personal information in accordance with our purpose of entrustment, service description, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. Where children's personal information is involved, we do not allow authorized partners to sub-authorize.

Please note that the information you voluntarily share or even publicly share when using our services may involve personal information or even sensitive personal information of you or others. Please think more carefully and make a decision.

(2) Transfer

5. How do you manage your information

(I) Access, correct or supplement your personal information

(2) Delete your personal information

In the following cases, you can make a request to us to delete personal information:

-1. If we process personal information in violation of laws, regulations or agreements;

-2. If we collect and use your personal information without your express consent;

-3, if you no longer use our products or services, or you cancel the account;

-4, if our processing purpose has been achieved, cannot be achieved or is no longer necessary to achieve the processing purpose;

-5, if we stop providing products or services, or the storage period has expired.

If we decide to respond to your request for deletion, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise required by law or regulation, or these entities have been independently authorized by you.

When you or we assist you in deleting the relevant information, we may not be able to immediately delete the relevant information from the backup system because of applicable laws and security technologies, we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be erased or anonymized.

(3) Cancel the account

You have the right to cancel your THTicketing ticket account, which you can do online by visiting "Feedback & Cancellation" - "Cancel Account" on our page. After you cancel successfully, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it as soon as possible according to the requirements of laws and regulations.

You can correct, delete, cancel the way to recover your authorized consent to our use of personal information, when you withdraw the authorized consent, we will no longer process your corresponding personal information in the corresponding way. However, your decision to withdraw your authorized consent will not affect the processing of your personal information previously carried out by us based on your authorized consent.

(4) Responding to your above requests

For security purposes, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can also lodge a complaint through THTicketing customer Service.

For your reasonable request, we do not charge fees in principle, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain fee at our discretion. We may refuse requests that are not directly related to your identity, that are unnecessarily repetitive, that require excessive technical means (for example, the development of new systems or fundamental changes to existing practices), that pose a risk to the legitimate interests of others, or that are impractical.

5. How to update this privacy policy

With the introduction or amendment of laws and regulations, our Privacy Policy may change. We do not limit your rights under this Privacy Policy without your express consent.

We will post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on a dedicated page.

For significant changes, we will also provide more prominent notifications (including notifications via in-site push).

Material changes referred to in these Terms include, but are not limited to:

1. Our service model has undergone significant changes. Such as the purpose of processing personal information, the type of personal information processed, the use of personal information, etc.;
