Welcome to THTicketing's ticketing website (the "Platform"). Before using this website, please read and decide whether you agree to the relevant agreements and business rules such as the Terms of Service Agreement for THTicketing Ticketing Users (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the contents of each of the terms, in particular the limitation or exclusion of liability clauses, and separate agreements for opening or using a service. I. Confirmation and acceptance of this Agreement

1. When you complete the information in accordance with the prompts on the registration page and agree to the contents of this Agreement, this Agreement is established and takes legal effect between you and THTicketing, and you become a member of THTicketing Platform. If you are a minor user, please read this Agreement carefully accompanied by your legal guardian. You and your legal guardian shall bear responsibilities in accordance with the law and the provisions of this Agreement.

2. In order for you to use the services provided by THTicketing, you need to agree to the terms of service corresponding to the services you select under this Agreement. In the event that you disagree with, cannot accurately understand or have an objection to the contents of this Agreement, you have the right to immediately stop the membership registration process and refuse to accept any service provided by THTicketing.

3. According to changes in national laws and regulations and the needs of website operation, THTicketing has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement from time to time, and the revised agreement will take effect immediately after being published and approved by you and replace the original agreement. If you do not agree to these changes, you have the right to terminate your use of THTicketing immediately.

Ii. Service introduction

1. You can check the name, time, location, cast and other relevant information of the performance item (hereinafter referred to as the "project") on THTicketing platform, and then select your desired project time and transaction.

2. Before each project starts to sell tickets, THTicketing will perform its duty of prudence and check the administrative approval procedures of each project and the relevant licenses and qualification documents of the organizer/organizer. However, please note that for items not sponsored by THTicketing, THTicketing does not have the ability to fully identify the authenticity of information documents, and THTicketing only serves as a channel for you to select the type of item, purchase tickets and obtain promotional information about the item. Cannot guarantee the schedule of the project or control the quality of the performance. In the event of performance time change, cancellation, etc., the organizer shall decide and be responsible for the subsequent matters including rescheduling and refund. At that time, THTicketing will assist you in processing your tickets in accordance with this Agreement.

3. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations or special project requirements of administrative departments, some services or special projects of THTicketing will require you to perform real-name authentication, otherwise THTicketing will not be able to provide corresponding services or projects for you due to laws and regulations or relevant requirements.

Change, interruption and termination of the service

1, THTicketing reserves the right to change, interrupt and terminate all or part of the service and adjust the type of service, service content and service method at any time according to the actual situation. For adjustments, THTicketing will announce them as far in advance as possible.

2. Upon receipt of notice from public security, procuratorate, court and other administrative or judicial authorities, THTicketing may immediately suspend or freeze your account registered in THTicketing Platform and the balance in the account (if any), until it is restored after receiving a written notice of cancellation from the above-mentioned authorities.

4. About your account

1. After you become a member of THTicketing, you have the right to change your account password at any time, and you are obligated to save and use your account password carefully.

2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account name, nickname and password, and are responsible for all activities that occur under the account name, nickname and password (including but not limited to information disclosure, Posting of information, online consent or purchase of services). You agree to:

(1) After you become a member of THTicketing Platform, THTicketing may collect your name, gender, birthday, email address, bank card number, shipping address and other personal information as necessary for the service;

(2) Ensure that you leave the website in the correct steps at the end of each session. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section. You understand that it takes a reasonable amount of time for THTicketing to act on your request and that THTicketing shall not be liable for any consequences (including, without limitation, any loss to you) that have occurred prior to taking action;

(3) If you become aware of any other unauthorized use of your account name, nickname and password, you may immediately notify THTicketing and authorize THTicketing to take appropriate restrictive action; THTicketing is not responsible for the loss and consequences caused by your active disclosure of the account or by your being attacked by others, fraud and other acts. You should seek compensation from the infringer through judicial, administrative and other relief channels.

(4) Unless required by law or by judicial order, and with the consent of THTicketing, your THTicketing account may not be transferred, gifted or inherited in any way (other than property interests related to the account).

3, you must ensure that you are not the subject of any trade restrictions, economic sanctions or other legal and regulatory restrictions imposed by any country, region or international organization, and do not directly or indirectly provide funds, goods or services to such objects, otherwise you shall stop using THTicketing Services. You also understand that failure to comply with the above requirements may prevent you from registering and using THTicketing Services.

4. THTicketing may change or add performance subjects based on service needs. If you continue to use THTicketing Service, you will be deemed to agree to the changed subject or the new subject as the other party to perform the contract with you.

5. User information protection and management

THTicketing takes the protection of your personal information very seriously, and when you use the services provided by THTicketing, you agree that THTicketing collects, uses, shares, stores and protects your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy published by Thticketing. THTicketing wants to provide you with a clear understanding of THTicketing's treatment of your personal information through the Privacy Policy, so THTicketing recommends that you read the Privacy Policy in its entirety to help you better protect your personal information.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

1. The intellectual property rights such as the content provided by THTicketing in the service are owned by THTicketing or the relevant right holders. Unless otherwise agreed, the Copyrights, patents and other intellectual property rights of the software and systems on which THTicketing provides the Service are owned by THTicketing. You may not remove, mask or alter any of THTicketing's copyright notices, trademarks or other rights notices, or display or use any of THTicketing's trademarks in any way or otherwise without the prior written consent of THTicketing.

2. You acknowledge, understand and agree to authorize THTicketing and its affiliates to review, delete, modify, etc., the content posted by you.

3. THTicketing has the priority to cooperate with the content uploaded or posted by you on THTicketing.

7. Advertising and third-party links

1. You acknowledge and agree that, in the process of providing our products and/or services, we reserve the right to place commercial advertisements (including advertising links) or other commercial information of any kind in various ways (including but not limited to placing advertisements on any location of our platform and placing advertisements in the content uploaded and transmitted by you) in accordance with laws and regulations.

2. Under the premise of complying with laws and regulations, we have the right to independently determine the form, duration, location and content of advertising without interference from any third party.

3. You agree that we may send you product promotions or other related business information by email, SMS or other means, and we will provide you with unsubscribe methods.

4. Our products and/or services may provide links to other Internet sites or resources. We will fulfill our obligations to advertisers in accordance with the law, but you acknowledge and agree that these advertisers and advertising content are not controlled by us, and you should carefully judge the authenticity and reliability of advertising information. You are solely responsible for any form of behavior or any form of dispute with advertisers or advertisers through our products and/or services, and we do not assume any additional liability except for the liability of the advertiser as stipulated by laws and regulations, but we will provide necessary assistance according to law.

Viii. Scope of Liability and exemption

1. You expressly understand and agree that, as the ticketing agent for the performance, THTicketing assumes no liability except as expressly provided for by law. In the event of a dispute between you and the organiser, THTicketing will do its best to coordinate for you to protect your interests, but there is no guarantee that the outcome will meet your expectations and THTicketing has no right to settle the dispute.

2. THTicketing shall not be liable for your loss unless it is caused intentionally or negligently by THTicketing Party.

Ix. Compensation

THTicketing respects the legitimate rights and interests of others (including intellectual property rights, reputation rights, goodwill rights, etc.), and calls on you to respect the legitimate rights and interests of others. You expressly understand and agree that if THTicketing suffers any loss or is pursued by a third party due to your violation of relevant laws and regulations or this Agreement, Or any administrative penalties, THTicketing has the right to take appropriate actions to terminate the infringement, including but not limited to termination of your use of the account, removal of the offending content, and the right to require you to compensate THTicketing for the loss caused by you.

Force majeure

If the THTicketing sales system crashes or cannot be used normally due to force majeure or other reasons beyond THTicketing's control, resulting in the failure to complete online transactions, loss of relevant information records or forced termination of services, THTicketing shall not be liable, unless expressly provided by law. THTicketing will assist in the aftermath as reasonably as possible and try to protect you from financial loss.
