1、How does Sponsor Seat work?
Sponsor Seat is one of the ticket tiers available to purchase. Just like any other tier, Sponsor Seats have designated seats or rows in the venue and have corresponding perks.
2、Where are Sponsor Seats located? What tier are the seats?
Sponsor Seats are located in the first few rows. Please refer to the Seat Map for guidance. Sponsor Seat is an actual tier and separate from MVP, VIP, LOGE, and BALCONY.
3、How can I avail of the Sponsor Seats?
You can purchase Sponsor Seats exclusively at thticketing.com starting January 10, 2 PM PHT until slots last.

4、How much is the Sponsor Seat?
Sponsor Seats are priced at PHP25,000 per seat or PHP100,000 per set of four seats, inclusive of ticketing charges. Reminder that Sponsor Seats can only be purchased by sets of four.（Not Including 6% PH service fee and PH tax (VAT) ）
5、How many Sponsor Seat sets can we buy per transaction?
Maximum of two sets or 8 seats per transaction only.
6、Are the perks for Sponsor Seat per set or per seat number?
Perks are per seat number. If you buy a set, you get 4x the perks.
7、What does the perk “hand letters and gifts to the artists” entail?
This Sponsor Seat perk gives you the privilege to personally hand your letters and/or gifts to Freen and Becky. Sometime before the show, Sponsor Seat ticket holders will be asked to line up while carrying their gifts and then one by one, each person will hand the gifts to the artists.
8、Are phones allowed during the handing of letters and gifts?
Yes, phones are allowed for this perk. We will post complete fan benefit guidelines closer to the show date.
9、What does the perk “Slot inside FreenBecky’s Gift Room” entail?
This Sponsor Seat perk gives you a guaranteed slot to display your precious gifts at FreenBecky’s Gift Room. During the fan benefit program, FreenBecky will visit this room and take pictures or videos with the gifts. You can also watch the happenings live from your seat as a camera crew follows FreenBecky.
10、Where do we drop off our gifts for the Gift Room?
You may proceed to the Help Desk and ask for assistance. A staff will guide you to where the Gift Room is and will help you set up as needed.

7 days no reason returns are not supported ：As the performance/event tickets are not ordinary commodities, the cultural services behind them are time-sensitive and scarce. Once the tickets are returned, the secondary sales will be affected. You understand and acknowledge that the 7-day no-reason return policy is not applicable to ticket ordering services provided by THTicketing. Items marked as "Not refundable" on the sales page are items that do not support refundable tickets. For such items, if they cannot be used, please handle them as required.
